Harris Lebus was a furniture Manufacturer based in the East End of London and supplied prestigious West End stores such as Maple & Co. This piece was produced after the second world war and besrs the utility furniture stamp CC41
This is a classic piece of furniture that would suit any room in your house, a design icon and antique of the future - if not already.
The drawer fronts have been recovered in Libertys Art Nouveau inspired - Prospect Road (Clarice Cliff Style on steriods!)
The carcass has been professionally restored abd painted in Hague Blue/FMP Chestler with a robust satin top coat, with 4 of the orginal handles.
The inside of the drawers have been refreshed with a pop of bright pink paint - bringing this piece back into the 2st Century.
