Shipping and Handling 

Products can only be shipped to the UK.

We aim to have your order to you in 2-3 working days.  If you need anything more urgently please contact me and I will try and hurry your order up!  Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times as the courier service is independent of us. Although we try very hard to ensure that your delivery will fall within the time frame stated.

Out of Stock Items

If your item is not in stock,  you will be emailed and given the choice of either a refund or to wait for item to come into stock. If you have chosen a refund you will be credited via ‘Paypal’ for the out of stock item, any other items ordered at the same time will be sent to you.

Tax Charges 

All applicable taxes are included in the quoted price.

Payment Security 

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the PayPal site using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)

Returns Policy

If you change your mind and decide that you no longer want an item that we have delivered to you, we’re happy to offer an exchange or your money back.

We offer a 2 week cooling period on all items so you have 14 days to decide if you would like to return your purchase.

You can either return:

• By post
• By courier
• In-store

We do not cover the cost of returns. Or you can return or exchange an item for free at our store in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

We do not offer a return on customised furniture items.
